The main technology of manufacturing Composite products is Archa Composite, a product of Paltrogen and Grating Molding, as well as products in the company's hand lay up technique. Paltrogen is an automatic system in which the fibers of the string and the woven and the Tissue are simultaneously introduced into the device with the resin and cooked.

The product is cut by automatic cutting machine of various sizes and sizes. The production speed of this product makes it the best composite product in terms of the linear layers of the fibers.

Molding gratings are filled in wet places, and then complete the cooking process by heating the mold. The reinforcement of this composite is accomplished by a strand of interlocking roving fibers in perpendicular directions.

In the common grooving of polyester resin, the fibers in this type of grating are about 35% and can be produced in a variety of colors.

The layout of the fiber is done perpendicularly, so that the mold in a row is longitudinally filled with fibers, then the fiber is folded in the form of a crosswise. Types of common fibers are carbon and glass. At the end of the laying process, the fiber in the mold is given to the mold, and the tarry is cooked completely and the final product is obtained.
